An exploration of the third of ten of yoga's ancient ethical principles - Asteya - nonstealing. "When we take time to focus inwards, we create opportunities to grow into better, more competent versions of ourselves. This frees us from the preoccupation of comparing ourselves to others; it allows us to find a sense of responsibility and power to grow and heal for the vitality of future generations; and it allows us to live from a place where we're better poised to uplift others and the community".

I respectfully acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Boonworrung people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land I live and work on. I pay my respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and honour their ongoing connection to the lands and the waterways. The land I'm on is Aboriginal land; then, now and always.
